SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON CANADA AND US ORDERS OVER 100$

PIGA is happy to offer free shipping via Canada Post Tracked Packet® service on all orders with a subtotal 100$ +. This offer is available for orders shipped within Canada and the United States only.

ORDERS

CANADA – In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 1 – 7 business days.

We are pleased to offer a “Standard” discounted price of 4.99$ on all Canadian orders for shipment via Canada Post Small Packets® service. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost via the Canada Post Xpresspost® service.

If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.

UNITED STATES – In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 4 – 7 days business days, but there might be delays due to customs clearance that are out of our control.

We are pleased to offer a “Standard” discounted price of 6.49$ on all US orders for shipment via Canada Post Tracked Packets® service. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost via the Canada Post Xpresspost® service.

If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.

If your order is returned because the customs tax/fee is not paid, a 10$ restocking fee will be charged and the shipping charge will not be refunded. We do not enter a smaller value on the customs form or mark it as a gift.

INTERNATIONAL – In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 6 – 10 business days, but there might be delays due to customs clearance that are out of our control.

We are pleased to offer trackable delivery service for most countries. However, if you choose a non trackable delivery service, PIGA will not be held responsible to replace or refund any lost or damage incurred on non-trackable shipments.

If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.

ORDER CONFIRMATION – A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

LOSS/DAMAGE – We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipment; however, if there is an issue, please contact us immediately and we will work to find a solution.

EXCHANGES – If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us directly. You are responsible for all shipping fees and any price difference between the returned item and the new purchase. If the exchange is needed as a result of a mistake we made, we will cover all costs.

ADDRESS – Please verify that you have sent us the right address. If your item has shipped shipped to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping as well and will be charged an 10$ administrative fee.

** We do everything we can to get orders packed and shipped out quickly, but there may be delays involved with shipping of the items due to postal service delays, customs clearing (U.S. and International orders only), statutory holidays, etc.
We are not able to guarantee delivery on a specific date unless you have upgraded to XpressPost® service, and we will not provide consideration for a refund/credit if an item has a delayed delivery.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, you may return your item within 30 days for a full credit (no returns will be accepted beyond this time window). The item must not be visibly worn to receive a credit and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

You are responsible for shipping fees to send back the returned item. The item must be returned using a trackable mailing service and have proper insurance coverage. If we have made a mistake, we will pay the shipping costs.

The following returns will not be accepted:

  • It has been over 30 days since you received your order
  • The item has been altered or damaged after being received

Shipping and restocking fees apply for returns:

  • Shipping charges on the original purchase will not be refunded
  • A restocking fee of 10% applies on the cost of each item

Once received, PIGA will within 7 days credit the invoice less the original shipping charge + a 10% restocking fee.

Please reuse the used shipping envelope to send back your item; simply tape over the address with the return address to have it sent back.

How to return my items? Easy! Follow the steps below:

1. Simply e-mail service@getpiga.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return

2. Re-package your items (in the original packaging) and ship to:

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are accepted for unworn footwear with tags attached within 45 days from the time you receive your purchase.

The item must be returned using a trackable mailing service and have proper insurance coverage. If we have made a mistake, we will replace your item and pay shipping costs.

The following returns will not be accepted:

  • It has been over 45 days since you received your order
  • The item has been altered or damaged after being received

Shipping and restocking fees apply for returns:

  • Shipping charges on the original purchase will not be refunded
  • A restocking fee of 10% applies on the cost of each item

Once received, PIGA will within 7 days credit the invoice less the original shipping charge + a 10% restocking fee. You must place a new order to order a replacement item.

Please reuse the used shipping envelope to send back your item; simply tape over the address with the return address to have it sent back.

PIGA GUARANTEE

PIGA is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. To ensure each customer is completely satisfied, we guarantee all PIGA products to be free of manufacturer defects.

Guarantee apply to new, unused items in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact for no more than 30 days following receipt. The Guarantee covers normal usage and is valid only if the care instructions have been followed.
Except as provided below in the 2 bullet points below, PIGA warrants that, subject to normal use, the articles will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months.

The warranty does not cover or include and PIGA has no liability for:

  • Problems caused by misuse or abuse of the articles;
  • Articles that has been modified or otherwise altered.

NOTE: items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, prolonged UV exposure or abuse will not be replaced or refunded. PIGA reserves the right to repair or exchange an item if normal usage conditions were not respected. Monetary compensation is not available.

If an article fails to conform to the warranty, you must promptly give written notice to PIGA of the warranty claim. Please reach out to service@getpiga.com with your name, address, phone number, description of the problem, and photo of the issue.
